Customer:
We have a problem with 4 out of 5 Croduino boards. We successfully completed exercises 1 and 2 from the e-workshop with one board and it works well. We cannot communicate with the other four - we get an error right when connecting them to USB. We did the exercises with the one working board and simply swapped in a different Croduino, but it doesn’t work.
Do you have any advice on how to fix this?
If not, can we return the boards?

There is an issue with Windows drivers in combination with the latest series of our Croduino boards. The boards work on Linux and Mac computers, and on some Windows computers, but on some Windows machines they do not. For example, we have 5 computers in our workshop and these boards work on all of them.
The one working board is very likely a board from an earlier series that has the CP2102 chip from a previous batch.
We need a bit more time to test some additional details and we will get back to you.

žao mi je zbog nastalih problema. Postoji greška s Windows driverima u kombinaciji s zadnjom serijom naših Croduino pločica. Naime, pločice rade na Linux i Mac računalima, te na nekim Windows računalima, ali na nekim Windowsima ne rade. Npr. mi kod nas u radionici imamo 5 računala, ta takva pločica radi na svim.
Molim Vas za još malo strpljenja dok ne testiramo još neke detalje te ćemo se onda vratiti povratno. Ovaj jedan Vam radi jer je vrlo vjerojatno “zalutala” jedna pločica iz prijašnjih serija koje opet imaju CP2102 chip iz neke prošle serije.
Još jednom se ispričavam radi nastalih problema.
