How do I connect a laser to a Croduino board?

Soldered Support:
The laser operates at 3V, so you need to be careful not to connect it directly to the 5V Croduino. You can use a resistor like the ones used for LEDs, for example 330ohm.
Alternatively, if you don’t have a resistor, you can connect it to a PWM pin on the Croduino and control it with the analogWrite() function, but be careful with the values: 255 is proportionally 5V. The maximum value you can use is (255 * (3/5)), which equals 153, proportionally 3V.
