Can I program the Croduino Pico with a standard Arduino, or do I specifically need a Croduino? Are the headers you sell compatible with the Pico, or do I need different ones?

You can program it with any USB to UART bridge. We are planning to publish several new blog posts soon, including one on how to program the Croduino Pico. The headers, as well as the markings on them, are compatible with the Pico.
