I replaced ld.exe from the old version with the new one and it still gives the same error.

Then reinstall the OS and Arduino IDE.
Onda novi OS i Arduino IDE.
Customer:
Still not working. Windows is formatted and I reinstalled the drivers, so all that’s left is to try the ld.exe from the old version in the new one.
I ponovo ne radi…?
Kako, Windows formatiran, driveri ponovo skinuti samo mi ostaje da probam onaj ld.exe iz stare verzije ubaciti u novu…

Have you tried with older IDE versions, for example: https://www.arduino.cc/download_handler.php?f=/arduino-1.6.8-windows.zip
There are plenty of alternatives to Arduino IDE. Eclipse is definitely higher quality:

Prilikom uploada pinovi D0 i D1 ne bi smjeli imati ništa na sebi…
