Customer:
I’m using the Dasduino CONNECTPLUS (ESP32) module with ESP-NOW communication between two ESP32 boards. The signal strength is not strong enough, and I need to connect an external antenna. How can I do this and is it possible?

Soldered Support:
Yes, this is possible. You can add an external connector for an antenna by soldering a bridge as shown in the reference material. From there, solder on an IPEX connector and use a compatible antenna (WiFi, 2.4 GHz).

Can I instead destroy the resistor and short those two pins for the external antenna, since the resistor is 0.5 ohms or less? Also, where exactly should the second antenna be connected?

Soldered Support:
The correct approach is to do it with the resistor, as shown on the WROVER-E which also uses an external antenna. Do not remove the resistor.
