Dasduino CORE RGB LED on pin 8 not lighting up

Customer:

I bought two Dasduino CORE (ATmega328) boards and they work perfectly except for the RGB LED already included on pin 8, which remains off despite all my attempts. Do I need to download a special library to make it work?

Soldered Support:

Everything required to run it should be included in the board definition. Select Dasduino CORE via the board definition and then go to File > Examples > to find the example that shows how to access the LED.
