Dasduino Lite Arduino IDE configuration for programming

Customer:

I have 2 Dasduino Lite boards and want to use Arduino IDE version 2.3.6 with the board definition “esp8266 from ESP8266 community” version 3.1.2 for programming. Generally it works until the end of the download process. The last message is “Timed out waiting for the packet haeder”. I believe I have chosen the wrong parameters in the IDE (e.g. Flash = 4MB). What are the correct parameters for Dasduino Lite in the Arduino IDE?

Soldered Support:

Dasduino Lite is not an ESP8266 based board, it’s an attiny1604. Install the board definitions using the official Dasduino Board Definitions for Arduino IDE: GitHub - SolderedElectronics/Dasduino-Board-Definitions-for-Arduino-IDE · GitHub

Follow this tutorial and you’ll be able to install Dasduino ATTiny boards and install Dasduino LITE.
