When debugging, the voltage isn’t displayed at all. I’m not sure if this is a sensor issue or a breakout board issue. Can I purchase a separate sensor and replace it? I suspect it’s an initial defect.

The documentation covers troubleshooting, connecting and using the Arduino library.
You need to interface with this using I2C communication in order to configure everything. Verify you’re connecting to I2C and lmpen and also verify that the sensor is initialized. If you can verify that you’re using the breakout as intended, we can proceed further.
