High-Precision Load Cell Module outputting half the expected load

I recently purchased a few 5kg High-Precision Load Cell Modules (555080).

With the indicated specification of 2mV/V, am I right to say that if I excite the cell with 10V, I should expect ~20mV at full load? However for some reason, the output when the cell is loaded with a known 5kg load is only ~10mV.

The cell is mounted in a ‘Z’ configuration similar to the weighing scale kits that you can get online.

I’ve tried exciting the cell through two different ADCs and even directly to test, but no matter what voltage (5V and 10V) I excite the cell with, the output mV measured at the signal wires are always half the expected value, making it seem like the cell is a 1mV/V cell.

Hello,

There is sensor specification

Is 2mV/V a spec reserved for the lower range cells like the 1kg or 2kg only? Was under the impression that these are all 2mV/V based on the store page.
