The documentation for the HX711 board mentions an adjustable reading speed of 10 SPS or 80 SPS, but doesn’t explain how to adjust it. How do I change the reading speed?

Soldered Support:
To adjust the reading speed, locate jumper JP1 on the board. It has two sides: the one that is already connected (left and middle) must be disconnected by scratching away the thin connection on the surface. Then solder together the other side (right and middle). This changes the mode to 80 SPS (RATE pin connected to high) from the default 10 SPS (RATE pin connected low).
