I have an urgent issue as I need to submit a project by February 24th. My problem is that I have already tested several HX711 modules, but the values always fluctuate significantly. I am experiencing drift and no stable readings.
I even tried the HX711 from SparkFun, which is better than the green HX711 modules from Amazon, but the drift and fluctuations still lead to inaccurate results.
My question is: Can I expect your HX711 module to provide stable readings without fluctuations? I need to read the raw data and convert it into strain to calculate the mechanical stress of a press test sample.

Our HX711 isn’t fundamentally different from the others as it’s the same chip on the board, but we wrote a library and Arduino example for it:
This example shows how to read the weight on the scale in certain units. Within the library we implemented basic linearization and setting the “zero” value so that the HX711 is at least somewhat calibrated. We also use average readings to reduce noise.
Even without ordering this breakout from us you can try using the library, because fundamentally it’s the same chip with the same pinout. Follow the code comments to see how it’s meant to be used.
