Inkplate 10 battery compatibility with separate purchase

Customer:

I notice that one Inkplate 10 bundle is in stock but another is not. From the description, it looks like the difference is that one includes a battery. If I were to purchase the Inkplate 10 without a battery and then add a separate battery, would these be compatible and would I get a working system that is essentially the same?

Yes, you are right. The main thing you have to watch for is that the 3000mAh battery is a specific size which there is a slot for in the case, so I would recommend to get that exact one.

The case is simple to open and the battery just plugs in the battery connector - so not much additional installation is required.
