Inkplate 10 bootloops with CORRUPT HEAP when using WiFi

Customer:

I received an Inkplate 10 and started loading demo applications from the InkplateLibrary using Arduino. I can load many examples fine, but any demo using WiFi causes a CORRUPT HEAP message on the USB serial line followed by device reboot. I tried both demos where the Inkplate 10 connects to a WiFi AP and a demo where it hosts a WiFi AP—both result in the same issue.

With the Hourly_Weather_Station_Example, I get:

Rebooting...

I connected the Inkplate 10 to a USB-C 5V 3A wall charger and the issue persists. There is no battery attached. Could this be bad hardware? Is there anything else I can do to debug this? I need WiFi for my main use case.
