Inkplate 10 capacitive touch pads not responsive through 3D printed enclosure

Customer:

I have an Inkplate 10 in a 3D printed enclosure. The description says it permits the use of all three capacitive touch pads, but they don’t seem to be responsive through the case. How do I use them?

Soldered Support:

Could you open the Inkplate 10 case and check if you have those little “bricks” (picture) inside the case? If you do, when you are using Inkplate 10 with the case, try to push harder on those buttons.
