Does the Inkplate 13SPECTRA use either the GDEP133C02 or GDEH133E01 from Goodisplay? If so, which one?

The GDEH133E01 has an interesting fast-refresh B/W mode that could be used for menus and QR codes for the Google Photos Ambient API. It’s also cheaper for some reason…

We are using the EL133UF1 panel directly from E Ink.
I was unable to find any information regarding the fast B/W refresh on the GDEH133E01, could you point me to the source of this information? The Goodisplay panels often have the same features as the EL133UF1 panel, with minor code changes, so it may be possible to implement the same functionality on our board.
