I bought an Inkplate 5 gen2 and am following the documentation to set up MicroPython scripts. The problem is there are no specific scripts for the 5 gen2, only for the Inkplate 5. The code works to some extent but the image is mirrored and I had to adjust the dimensions. I checked and in the Arduino repository there is a specific version for the 5 gen2. What exactly should I use if I’m using MicroPython to make everything work correctly?

Šaljem u prilogu fotografiju pokretanja networkExample.py skripte

I understand the situation. Another user reported the same thing, and due to project backlog we haven’t had time to update MicroPython for the new Inkplate 5 version.
You can try continuing to modify the Inkplate 5 driver, as you mentioned for the e-Paper resolution, and somewhere reverse the loop that iterates through D_ROWS and D_COLS. Unfortunately we’re not able to do that currently.
This fix for the MicroPython library should be relatively quick to make and is a reasonable request, but we really can’t get to it right now. I could look at it in about 2 weeks if absolutely necessary. Personally I’d also recommend the Arduino library.

Podzrav [name removed],

Since I’m new to this, I’m not sure what the steps are to switch back to using Arduino. According to the MicroPython setup documentation there were steps 1-4. Now I’m not sure if I need to do something similar to switch back to Arduino.

You don’t need to adjust anything extra. Just follow the Arduino getting started instructions at Inkplate Get Started Page — Inkplate docs documentation and upload one of the Examples. That will overwrite what’s left in memory from MicroPython.
