Inkplate 6 capacitor repair for battery operation issue

Customer:

I have two Inkplate 6 devices with a battery operation problem that can be fixed with capacitors. I’d prefer to attempt the repair myself rather than send the devices in for repair, to reduce environmental impact and shipping costs. If I’m unable to solder the capacitors successfully, I’d like to send the two inkplates back for repair. Can you advise on shipping costs for that option?

Soldered Support:

We don’t currently have the capacitor in stock, but we can source it. It will take five days to receive them. Once we have them, we’ll send two capacitors to you for soldering onto your boards.

We’ve received the capacitors for the Inkplates and will send them to you today. Please let us know once you’ve soldered them.
