Inkplate 6 displays default imagery after successful upload

Customer:

I received a mismatched USB-C cable with my Inkplate 6, so I ordered my own to test. After following the install instructions and selecting “Get Board Info”, I compiled and uploaded an Inkplate 6 “Hello World” example. The upload completed successfully:

However, the board only displays the default imagery and text. Turning the board on and off doesn’t change anything—it just keeps showing the default imagery.

Soldered Support:

The issue is likely an incorrect board definition selection. For older Inkplate boards, you need to select the e-radionica Inkplate 6 board definition in the Arduino IDE. After selecting the correct board definition, the display should update properly.
