Inkplate 6 PLUS display not responding after programming

Customer:

I have an Inkplate 6 PLUS from 2021 that I haven’t used until now. I can program the board, but the display is not reacting at all. All connections seem OK. Am I missing something? Can I do something to revive the display?

Soldered Support:

To enable Peripheral mode, you need to upload the Factory Programming example to the Inkplate. If you’ve already uploaded this example, ensure that the board is correctly set up. For instance, if you have a blue board, you need to select the e-radionica Inkplate board in your settings.
