Inkplate 6 transistor arrived flipped and crooked

Customer:

I received my board and noticed that one of the transistors appears flipped and slightly crooked. I’m not comfortable attempting to fix this myself. What are my options?

Soldered Support:

This transistor is related to powering on and off the onboard ESP32, which is used for network functions. The ESP32 won’t be able to reset via button if this transistor is faulty.

You can try using a soldering iron to gently push it into place. However, the board should work even without this MOSFET in place.
