Inkplate 6COLOR not waking from deep sleep

Customer:

I’m running the same program on two Inkplate 6COLOR devices which involves a little processing then deep sleeping for five minutes then repeating. Occasionally, one device or another does not appear to wake up from deep sleep. If I turn the unit off and on it then continues to work fine for a while, maybe 20 minutes maybe 24 hours. Battery voltage seems ok (above 4V). Is it possible the batteries I’ve purchased are at fault in some way?

We’ve had some issues with Inkplate 6COLOR’s waking up from deep sleep. Please try this branch of the Inkplate library: https://github.com/SolderedElectronics/Inkplate-Arduino-library/tree/ip6ColorSleepFix

This branch has a fix for Inkplate6COLOR’s sleep. Replace your existing Inkplate library with the one you can download on this branch. Try your code and let me know if it resolves the issue.
