I just bought an Inkplate 6COLOR and would like to run it on battery. According to the specifications, it has a JST input and MCP73831 charger for Lithium battery power. Would the PiJuice 12000mAh battery be compatible? Also, do you know if there are popular frames (like IKEA) that people use to mount this device?

The PiJuice battery you linked is not compatible. Make sure that any JST connector has 2 pins and be careful about polarity. JST does not have standardized polarity, so you must be careful. If you reverse battery polarity, you will burn the auto select source circuit and Inkplate will not work on battery anymore. Batteries from Soldered are compatible with the polarity of all our products.
There are 3D-printed frames available for each Inkplate model that people use. You can purchase these frames separately or print them yourself.
