I purchased two Inkplate 6PLUS units with case, but one panel doesn’t seem to be working right. I tried loading the basic Arduino sample. It works fine on one panel, but the other doesn’t clear and shows scattered pixels and lines on top of the default image.

It seems like your Inkplate 6PLUS has a problem with the connection between ESP32 and e-paper. If you have the possibility please try to open the case and disconnect the flat cable, clean it and connect it back to the connector. Also, clean the connector with alcohol. After that try to display something and let us know if you still have a problem with that Inkplate 6PLUS.
