Inkplate Bluetooth Peripheral Mode examples and documentation

I’m working on a project with Inkplate and trying to activate Bluetooth Peripheral Mode, but I can’t find documentation on it. The Arduino resources I’ve found aren’t what I’m looking for. How can I get this working?
