Inkplate board switch, connectors and easyC pinout documentation

Customer:

I haven’t received a reply to my earlier inquiry. Has the documentation been updated with information about the switches and connectors on the Inkplate board?

I’m unclear about what the switch is for, and I don’t know what the other connectors are. The battery connector shows no polarity markings. I also need to know the easyC pinout.

We’re evaluating this board for a potential project involving hundreds of boards. We may also want to discuss a custom version where we increase the pixel pitch to make a larger board, potentially moving some components to the back of the PCB.

What position should the switch be in, and why? What does it do? What are all of the connectors and their pinouts?

Do you have a Wiki with this information? We want to understand the board’s full capabilities before discussing a potential large-volume project.

Soldered Support:

The switch is a power switch to turn the device on or off. The large connector is a standard JST battery connector. easyC is our own standard; more details are available at Soldered: Open-Source Electronics, Boards, Sensors & Modules – Soldered Electronics

We can make custom versions with any modifications needed.
