My registered forum username is not being accepted when I try to log in. The error message says: You have specified an incorrect username.

You can use custom fonts with the GFX library but only 7 bit ASCII, for all others you need to do modifications on the GFX library. On the link (Using Fonts | Adafruit GFX Graphics Library | Adafruit Learning System) is an example of how to add new fonts in the GFX library and use it with the library.

I agree, but that’s only the GFX’s limitation. The whole Inkplate lib is based on Adafruit GFX. The workaround is to make a custom font in ASCII with your characters - how does that sound?
