I received the Inkplate and it’s working well. I noticed there’s no touchpad like the example shown in the documentation at Examples — Inkplate docs documentation. Can I interact with the board using the wake-up button instead?

Yes, you can use the wake-up button. You just need to specify wakeup on the button.

Customer:
So it’s not just a sleep button. Can I use it for anything else? I need a button on the board and I thought it would be the same as the e-radionica plate.

Soldered Support:
It is a GPIO like any other, just with a button connected to it which pulls it down when the button is pressed. You can use this only as INPUT because it’s restricted by the ESP32 chip. So yes, you can use this for the input button.
