Customer:
My son and I put together this project yesterday but were unable to get it working. We’re pretty sure the connections are all solid, the LEDs are inserted with the correct orientation, and that we didn’t accidentally bridge any contact points together with stray solder.
I would like to know if you have a document which shows exactly how everything goes together. The only picture I could find with the completed project only showed the top. The resolution of the picture was poor: I think it’s a frame from the demonstration video. It would be nice to see clearly how all the components are intended to be connected and it would be nice to see the bottom as well. As we are beginners it would certainly be helpful if there were written documentation about assembly.
Finally, if we can’t troubleshoot our work, is it possible you might send us a replacement?
