I purchased a NEMA 17 stepper motor from you. I don’t have the specifications and need to know the maximum current for the motor so I can configure the driver correctly.

The NEMA 17 motors are sourced as generic units from China, so we cannot be 100% certain of the exact specifications. All models can handle 500mA. Standard models can handle 1A. Stronger models can handle more, but I would recommend limiting the current to 1A or preferably around 0.8A to ensure reliable operation.
hvala na upitu. Provjerio sam Vaš upit s kolegama, NEMA17 nabavljamo generičke iz kine pa na žalost ne možemo biti 100% sigurni, 500mA mogu apsolutno svi modeli. 1A mogu standardni modeli. Još više od toga mogu jači modeli, ali ja bi se ograničio na 1A ili još bolje oko 0.8A. To bi sigurno trebalo raditi.
