NO gas sensor breakout schematic and I2C level shifter design questions

Customer:

I’m working on a research project to design a low-cost Nitric Oxide Generator for medical use. This sensor breakout board is very close to what I was planning to design for implementing closed loop control.

I have a few questions:

  1. Do you have a time frame for availability for this unit?

  2. Can you supply the breakout board only as I have an SGX 4NO 250 sensor already

  3. If the breakout board is not available, is it possible you could please provide the board schematic and Gerber file so I can get the PCB made? I was planning to use a LPM91000, but with only an I2C interface.

Soldered Support:

Here are the KiCad hardware files and the gerbers. We had a product which was a board like this without the sensor but we are looking to improve the design at this time. The hardware files should help with your project.

Customer:

I’m organizing the production of a couple of boards for my research project.

I do have a few questions:

  • What chip do you use for the I2C (U4) level shifter?

  • I noticed in the design the U4 pins 2 and 5 both receive 3.3v, is this correct?

Soldered Support:

On U4, the part is l2N7002SDW1T1G - it’s a generic component, a dual NMOS. The reference package is SOT-363.

Yes, pins 5 and 2 are correctly connected to 3v3.

Hello, could you reupload these files please? Thanks in advance.
