Programming Dasduino Lite with Arduino IDE

Customer:

I bought two Dasduino Lite boards. How can I program them? Can I use the Arduino IDE? If so, how do I set it up?

Soldered Support:

You will need to install the Dasduino board definitions. Check the README in this repository for a tutorial: GitHub - SolderedElectronics/Dasduino-Board-Definitions-for-Arduino-IDE · GitHub

Install the boards in Arduino IDE using the boards manager. Connect your Dasduino LITE and select it in Arduino IDE as a board on the appropriate COM port. Arduino 2.0 and newer has a menu for this.

Once it’s selected, go to File > Examples > Examples for Dasduino LITE - there are code examples you can try out right away.

The board definitions are the only thing you need to install.
