Both batteries are available and can be ordered. They are genuine and meet their specified ratings.
You can charge them at 1C, which is fairly standard.

hvala na upitu. Obe baterije su nam dostupne i mogu se naručiti. Baterije su originalne i u označenim specifikacijama.
Možete ih puniti s 1C, to je poprilično standardno.

I noticed you have your own filament line and saw you offer PETG. I’m curious about your experience comparing it to ABS for printing, since ABS is quite difficult to print and requires care as many factors affect the final print quality.

Da dobio sam odgovor na email, naime imali smo neki problem s punjačem baterije, mislili smo da je možda do baterije, ok sad znamo da imate orginal baterije pa se u budućim projektima znamo kome obratiti 
Vidio sam da imate vlastiti filament, primjetio sam da nudite PETG filament pa me zanimaju vaša iskustva s usporedbom s ABS-om što se tiće printanja, jer je ABS dosta težak za printanje i treba paziti jer dosta stvari utjeće na konačan print. Lp [name removed]

PETG is definitely the better choice. It’s noticeably stronger than PLA and much easier to print. You only need a higher temperature and a sufficiently heated bed—nothing else required.

I’d like to try PETG for comparison with PLA and ABS. I have a Creality CR-10S Pro printer and my setup handles ABS printing fine, so printing PETG should work too. If you’re willing to send samples, the address is in my email signature.
