I would like to know if there is availability of this project with the chip FT232R*.
The other chip has some issues USB-Cerial Concerns
I would like to purchase it for my business, several units, but I wouldn’t want to solder anything myself. Please confirm if right now there is enough availability of the chip

Unfortunately, this version of the USB Cereal with the FT232R is not being produced anymore.
However, as this is a open source project, you can find the CAD files for the older version with said chip here: GitHub - oxda/usb-cereal: USB-Cereal is a powerful, fully open source development tool that simplifies testing, development, debugging, and manufacturing of devices that utilize USB-C. So you can menufacture it via a third party such as JLCPCB
We are working on an updated version of this board so that TX breaks can occur, but i cannot give you an estimated Time of arrival for it.
